Mary MacKillop Place Jubilee Year Reflection Days

We are taking the opportunity this Jubilee year to create space for reflection at Mary MacKillop Place.

We will be hosting five reflection days throughout the year that explore the theme of Hope in different contexts. The days will run from 9:30am until 2:10pm and be hosting in the Joachim Forbes Room (Level 1, 7 Mount Street, North Sydney) by Sr Virginia Bourke rsj.

There is no cost to attend these Reflection Days.

They will be held on the following dates:

March 26: “A Popes Hopes”

May 21: “The Pilgrims call to hopefulness in human happiness and holiness”

July 30: “Patient in suffering, persistent in belief, conviction and love”

September 17: “Recognising signs of hope among us and being sources of hope for others in need”

November 19: “Anchored in hope of bein the body of Jesus Christ, opening doors of healing, forgiveness, support and encouragement for others”

Reflection Day Programme

9.30am- 10.30am Session

30 minute break for light Morning Tea/Coffee (included)

11.00am – 12.-15pm Interactive time

Lunch until 12.50pm (BYO Lunch)

1.00pm  Mass, followed by short time to pray at the Tomb or walking in the spirit of pilgrimage in this sacred pilgrimage site.

1.40pm – 2.10pm Concluding the Day.
